In-person training is mostly done outside in different places. What if it’s winter with snow, rain, or storm, where will the workouts be?

Of course, if the weather is not suitable or safe to workout in, there will be no workouts outside. The alternative is at a client’s home where the trainer will have permission to have a session at or through a video call.


Are any workout sessions done in a gym?

With any gym, they usually have in-house trainers, so there will be a conflict of interest to train a client at a gym without being partnered with that gym. If we get permission from a gym near you to have a session then we will be able to.

The great news is we have our own equipment we can take anywhere! where you can get the same results while also visiting new places!


How many sessions would there be each week?

We want to make sure you progress each week to prevent injury. Depending on your assessments that help us know where you stand, you can start safely anywhere from 2-4 sessions the first 2 weeks then progress to a more consistent amount of 3-5. It also depends on your goals as well.


I only see monthly memberships for the programs, can I pay for just a session?

We currently don’t offer just one session because we want to invest in you! With just one session we will not be able to achieve your goals! With a monthly investment, we create a team(Client and trainer) equally determined to achieve your fitness goals and healthier lifestyle.


Since there is a monthly membership, what is the cancellation policy?

Is it possible I won’t see the results I want from your program?

With every program, we design specifically to your needs and goals. we constantly are updating the program with how you respond to it keep you progressing. We will do our part in making sure you see results. The other half is your dedication and discipline! With both parts combine we are almost guaranteed to see results!


What will happen if I miss a session in person?

We know that everyone has other things in life to worry about. We understand 100%! If you know in advance you can’t make a session, inform your trainer at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule a session to not lose it. If canceling is within a 24 hour period or a no-show, then you lose that session since it’s a monthly service, and you paid for the month.
